We start with Australian market fundamentals — superannuation rules, property cycles, and tax implications specific to our system. You'll build spreadsheets using real Victorian property data and learn to read market indicators that actually matter here.
October - November 2025Seasonal Strategy Development
Summer planning season focuses on investment timing. You'll analyze when Melbourne and Sydney markets typically move, how Christmas spending affects cashflow, and why January is crucial for setting up automatic investments.
December 2025 - February 2026Implementation and Tax Prep
Autumn brings tax planning and portfolio reviews. You'll practice with actual ATO forms, learn salary sacrifice strategies, and prepare for EOFY while building habits that stick beyond the program.
